About Me!

Hey y’all! Welcome to my website, I’m so happy you’re here!! My name is Ryanne (pronounced like rye-anne), and I am a NYC-based performer, musician, voice teacher and avid lego builder.

I am from a very small, rural town in Upstate NY where I sang in talent shows, did youth musicals, and ultimately where my love of performing began. In 2022, I received my B.M. in Music Education from The Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam. After obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree and teaching middle school choir for a little bit, I decided to make a slight career shift and move to NYC to get my Master’s from NYU Steinhardt. Here, I received my M.M. in Musical Theatre Vocal Performance with a Post-Master’s Advanced Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy. Moving to NYC to pursue performing and private voice teaching has been the most incredible decision I have made in my career so far, and I am truly so grateful to be here!

I am a passionate, energetic, and powerful performer with a strong high belt, and a pop/rock/contemporary sound. I believe what sets me apart is my high level of musicianship and my ability to sing in several different genres, including (but not limited to) pop, rock, musical theatre, classical, jazz, indie, folk, country, and more. Additionally, I am extensively trained in music theory, aural skills, sight singing, and harmony, allowing me to learn music very quickly. And even better?? I’m hilarious.

My passion for music, performing, and collaboration has been a driving force in shaping my journey and bringing me to where I am today. Nothing fills me with more joy than sitting in a room filled with other artists working together to make music and put on a show. As an artist, I feel most at home on stage with a band, pouring my heart into songs I love and sharing that energy with an audience. I am also so lucky to have found a home in musical theatre, where I am able to step into a character’s shoes and tell their story through music.

In my work, I aim to inspire, and infuse joy into every aspect of what I do, and I will always prioritize compassion and teamwork. When I’m not performing, you can catch me teaching voice, hanging out with my dog – Khloe Pawdashion, creating a cappella arrangements, or building legos (I just finished the wicked set)!!!!!

Wanting to collaboate? I would love nothing more!!! Please feel free to shoot me a message through my contact page!
